Rock Around the Park is an annual rockabilly and psychobilly day at Disneyland. We got our Disney passes just in time to attend this year's gathering. I don't consider myself part of the rockabilly scene myself, but my friends are, and it was fun to tag along. I did a little bit of Disneybounding as Marie from The Aristocats.
Our first stop was the Dole Whip stand, then we headed over to the castle for the group photo (I'm directly under the copyright initials on the logo for anyone who doesn't care to play Where's Danielle?). The event photographer also took this cute photo of us. We didn't really keep up with all of the day's special activities, we just did our own thing. I got lots of nice comments on my kitty stockings; most people thought they were tattoos. They would be pretty cute tattoos though, don't you think?
They were also having Harry Potter Day at the same time! I saw a lot of capes and striped scarves. Would you ever attend one of Disney's themed days? I can't wait for Dapper Day in February!

ReplyDeleteYou look so cute! I've never heard of Disneybounding before I read your post, but it looks like fun! I'm not sure I could pull it off like you do though. We're actually going there this Thursday and Friday for Phillip's birthday and I think I'm going to have to get me some Dole Whip!
